Below you will find several recipes that include Vieux as one of the ingredients. Most of these recipes were shamelessly lifted off a Dutch site, www.pgd.nl (unfortunately, this site uses the Dutch language). Credits go to them. I just translated some stuff.

BON BON

In a shaker met ice cubes:
1 part dark rum
1 part vieux
1 part coffee liqueur
Shake well and serve in a cocktail glass

DUTCH DREAM

2 parts vieux
1 part coffee liqueur
1 part chocolate sauce
1 part cream

ECSTASIS

In a shaker with ice cubes:
2 parts vieux
1 part almond liqueur
1 part green banana liqueur
Plenty of cream
Shake well and serve in a liqueur glass ('coupe')

GENTLEMAN'S COCKTAIL

In a longdrink glass with ice cubes:
1 part bourbon whisky
1 part vieux
1 part green "crème de menthe" (mint liqueur)
Stir gently and fill up with soda water according to your taste

HEAVEN CAN WAIT

In a shaker with ice cubes:
1 part vieux 1 part apricot brandy 2 parts fresh pineapple juice Shake well and serve in a cocktail glass or, on the rocks, in a long drink glass with ice cubes.

IBU COCKTAIL

1 part apricot brandy
1 part vieux
1 part orange juice
Pour in a high glass with ice cubes, fill it up with 7-Up

MAGNOLIA

In a shaker with ice cubes:
1 part vieux
1 part orange liqueur
1 swig orange sirup
Shake well, pour in a whisky glass with ice cubes, add some soda water

MOTHER'S FINEST ("MOEDER'S MOOISTE")

2 parts vieux
1 part coffee liqueur
1 part cherry brandy liqueur
1 part unwhipped cream
Put all ingredients, including a spoonful of grinded ice, in a blender (10 seconds), then serve in a champagne glass

OLYMPIA

In a longdrink glass with ice cubes:
1 part vieux
1 part almond liqueur
Fill up with pineapple juice, and add pineapple parts and a red cherry

RASPBERRY BLUES

Directly in a longdrink glass with ice cubes:
2 parts raspberry wine ('frambozen brandewijn')
1 part vieux
1 part grenadine
Fill up with orange juice, then stir well

SUMMER FUN

In a longdrink glass with ice cubes:
1 part vieux
1 part banana cream ('crème de bananes')
Fill it up with two fruit juices (or, Dutch, 'dubbeldrank')

WILLEM VAN ORANJE

2 parts vieux
2 parts 'oranje bitter'
1 part mandarin liqueur
Directly in a glass, with ice cubes. Make it look pretty with bits or orange peel

COLAIC

1 part vieux
4 parts cola (not Cola light / Diet Coke)
